Zzoma Positional Device Warranty and Returns
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY:
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice/receipt date. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair a defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by sales receipt.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES:
Foam/Filling Material – The manufacturer warrants against defective parts on foams and filling materials for one year.
All foam and filling composites naturally soften with use. This softening does not constitute a defect under the warranty.
Fabric – The manufacturer warrants the outer fabric used on your Zzoma against; seam failure, fabric separation and nap loss for one year. The manufacturer cannot cover pilling nor stretching, which is a result of normal wear.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not include:
Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use
Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents
Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
Normal wear and tear
RETURN POLICY:
All products must be returned within 30 days or the original ship date.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
We do not accept returns on items that have been opened from the original packaging or used.
All returns require the original receipt with order number and Return Authorization Form.
